We stayed at this hotel for one night — everything was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great — everything was top-notch. The pool was a real pleasure, and we were even allowed to stay by the pool after check-out. Special thanks to the concierge at the front desk — very polite, welcoming, and attentive. They extended our check-out time until 10 PM completely free of charge and gave us the keys so we could enjoy the rest of our day comfortably. The service was exceptional! This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

We were informed that their wasn't any breakfast due to work being done in hotel, the next morning when we called to find out what time breakfast started, we then learned there wasn't any breakfast, but was offered $30 voucher to neighboring restaurant. I then spoke to the manager who then gave us $150 credit, which we only used 3 time's, we went are out for breakfast, but we did receive credit on our bill for what l'm assuming was for the cost of breakfast plan that was part of the original amenities included.

The location is excellent, close to all major shopping, restaurants etc. Staff are very nice and helpful. The room we had was very clean, light, modern, spacious. Super comfy bed and pillows. All the needed amenities to be able to cook, make coffee, tea etc as well, which was needed as we were attending an event that went until the early morning hours during a whole week!

Quiet, great location, clean, new and fresh accommodations, pool area clean and appealing with lots of plants, lounge spacious, gym equipment great. Personnel: Dominique’s welcoming and professional demeanor set the tone for a great 5 day stay, Ray at The Blind Monk was an excellent server and Christian in the lounge was very helpful with light breakfast fare as we were leaving early in the morning . All personnel were friendly even just passing in the hallway.

Bradley at the front desk was amazing. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is great - off the island but close to the main strip of restaurants in west palm beach. Close to airport. An Uber ride to the beach. We loved the pool!
